Service Description

We sit in the heat and listen to a curated playlist, or an album. Genre changes weekly and is announced on Instagram eacf Monday. Music in the sauna tends to give your mind something else to focus on. You might find yourself staying in longer and getting more of the heat benefits as you get in the groove.
