Our open sessions let you come and go as you please, using the cold shower or wandering down to the sea for a dip. Whether you want to linger and unwind or just scoot in for a quick refresh, this session is entirely up to you. Conversation can flow and be mindful of others. Take some time for yourself and enjoy the benefits of the sauna at your own pace.
